If you've completed Ignite Core, Breathe For Your Core, K10 Coaching, or already have a solid understanding of breathing, core connection, and pelvic floor engagement, then yes! This program builds on those foundations through progressive strength training designed to help you get stronger with confidence.

Do I need to complete Ignite Core first?

Ignite Core, Breathe For Your Core, or K10 Coaching are highly recommended before starting Ignite Strength + Core because they teach the breathing, pressure management, and core & pelvic floor foundations this program is built upon. If you're already confident with those principles, you're ready to jump in.

Why shouldn't I just go back to the workouts I was doing before?
Because this program was designed to build on the progress you've already made. Traditional strength programs often overlook breathing, pressure management, and core & pelvic floor support. Ignite Strength + Core continues reinforcing those foundations in every workout, so you can build muscle, confidence, and strength without sacrificing the support your body needs.

Will every workout still focus on my core & pelvic floor?

Absolutely! Unlike traditional strength programs, every workout is intentionally designed to continue reinforcing your core & pelvic floor while progressively building full-body strength. You'll never have to choose between protecting your core and getting stronger.

How long are the workouts?

The strength workouts are approximately 20 minutes, with optional conditioning, core support, mobility, and recovery sessions you can add based on your schedule. The program is designed to fit real life while still delivering results.

What if I can't lift heavy yet?

That's perfectly okay! Progressive overload simply means challenging your body a little more over time. That might mean increasing your weight, improving your form, slowing your tempo, or adding an extra repetition. You'll progress at your own pace.

What equipment do I need?

A few sets of dumbbells (or household alternatives), a sturdy chair, bench, or step, a resistance band (optional), and enough space to move. The workouts are designed to be completed at home, and modifications are provided when needed.

What if I miss a week or fall behind?

Life happens! This program isn't about perfection. Simply pick up where you left off or repeat a week before moving on. Strength is built through consistency over time, not by following a perfect schedule.


Will I lose access after the 6 weeks?

You'll receive lifetime access to Ignite Strength + Core, so you can repeat the program as many times as you'd like while continuing to challenge yourself with heavier weights and improved movement quality.

Is this program safe if I have diastasis recti or pelvic floor symptoms?

Many women with diastasis or mild pelvic floor symptoms can safely participate because every workout continues reinforcing breathing, pressure management, and core connection.

If you're experiencing significant pain, prolapse symptoms, or have specific medical concerns, I recommend reaching out so we can determine the best program for your current stage. Getting clearance from your healthcare provider or pelvic floor physical therapist before starting is always recommended.

Is Ignite Strength + Core safe during pregnancy?

This program is not designed as a prenatal strength program. If you've been exercising throughout your pregnancy and understand how to modify movements appropriately, you may be able to continue with your healthcare provider's approval. However, for the safest and most personalized experience during pregnancy, I recommend Empowered Essentials or 1:1 Coaching, where your programming can be adjusted as your body changes.
