Is Ignite Core beginner friendly?

Absolutely! Ignite Core is designed for women of all fitness levels. Every workout includes modifications, and we focus on building a strong foundation before progressing to more challenging movements.

What if I had my kids years ago?

Perfect! Whether you had your baby 6 months ago or 20 years ago, it's never too late to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor. Once postpartum, always postpartum. Your body can still benefit from this work.

What if I have diastasis recti?

Ignite Core is designed to help you reconnect to your deep core and improve pressure management, which are essential for healing and supporting diastasis. As always, check with your healthcare provider if you have specific medical concerns.


What if I can't complete every workout?

Life happens! This challenge is about progress, not perfection. Do what you can, when you can, and simply pick back up where you left off. Consistency over time is what creates lasting results.


What equipment do I need?

Just a few dumbbells (or household items), a resistance band (optional), and enough space to move. Every workout includes modifications, so you can make it work with what you have.

Is Ignite Core safe during pregnancy?

Many of the breathing, mobility, and strength principles are pregnancy-friendly, but this program is not specifically designed as a prenatal program. If you're pregnant, please get clearance from your healthcare provider and reach out before starting so I can help guide you with appropriate modifications.

What if I have pelvic floor pain or a tight pelvic floor?

Many women with pelvic floor symptoms actually need to learn how to relax and coordinate their pelvic floor, not just strengthen it. Ignite Core emphasizes breathing, pressure management, mobility, and connection to help support healthier movement patterns. If you're experiencing significant pain or have been diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction, I also recommend working alongside a pelvic floor physical therapist.
